Linguaphone is a recognized brand name, registered in Britain and around the world by Linguaphone Group Limited.

Linguaphone Group Limited has authorized Champion Max Consulting Ltd. and its subsidiaries, including Linguaphone English Training Centers in Guangzhou , Wuhan ,  Shenzhen and Shanghai to use the Linguaphone logo and its teaching materials and methodologies in Mainland China .

Other than Champion Max Consulting Ltd. and its subsidiaries including Linguaphone English Training Centers in Guangzhou , Wuhan , Shenzhen and Shanghai, other institutes using the name “Linguaphone” or related teaching material are not authorized by the Linguaphone Group.
